For that I had to update the firmware of this thing: download latest BLHeli 32, choose Make Interfaces tab, choose Nano/Atmega 328, select the right COM port, click 'Arduino 4way-interface' and choose 4wArduino_Nano_16_PD3PD2v20003.hex file (key thing here is the PD3PD2 label in the file name).
